Position: Senior salesforce Developer

Location: PAN India

Job Type: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, strong understanding of Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities, and hands-on experience with custom development and integrations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and be proficient in delivering scalable and high-performance solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, especially in Sales Cloud.
Leverage OOTB functionalities to minimize custom code and maximize platform efficiency.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce pages.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party tools.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and system integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Admins, BAs, QA, and other developers.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Support deployment activities and post-release support.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with Sales Cloud, including OOTB features like Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Campaigns, Reports/Dashboards, and Territory Management.
Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
Solid experience with Salesforce integrations REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, Governor Limits, and best practices.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and version control systems like Git.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and/or Sales Cloud Consultant is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
