Senior Salesforce Developer - Manager

As a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer, you will be joining a dynamic team in Mumbai, bringing at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development to the table. Your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. Your proactive approach will be key in collaborating closely with both business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc. - Engage in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. - Manage Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules. - Optimize existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. - Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to best development practices. - Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot issues effectively. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development and administration experience. - Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC). - Experience with Salesforce integration via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or direct point-to-point integrations. - Sound understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices. - Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. - Proficient in using development tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and Change Sets or SFDX for deployments. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprints. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and adeptness at working independently or collaboratively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I (mandatory) and Platform Developer II (preferred). - Additional certifications like Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or relevant cloud certifications are advantageous. - Experience with managed packages or AppExchange products is a plus. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is beneficial.
