Role Overview

You'll serve as a technical lead, architecting and delivering high-performance e-commerce solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You'll work directly with cross-functional teams—designers, product managers, architects—and mentor junior developers while ensuring scalable and secure storefront implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• SFCC Development & Customization: Design, implement, and optimize e-commerce features—catalogs, promotions, checkout flows—using SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture), ISML templates, pipelines, and scripting.
• Integration Management: Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems like payment gateways, OMS, ERP, and CMS through REST/SOAP APIs and platform connectors.
• Code Quality & Maintenance: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, debug, and troubleshoot SFCC implementations for performance and reliability.
• Architecture & Strategy: Define solution architecture, supervise platform governance, and implement headless or composable commerce strategies when required.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in Agile teams, participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and sprint retrospectives alongside UX, QA, and business stakeholders. performance during peak events like holiday seasons, focusing on scalability, observability, and robustness.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers; share best practices and promote continuous learning within the team.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of total software development experience, with 2–3 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) expertise.
• Demonstrated skills in SFRA, pipelines, ISML, Business Manager, and storefront development.
• Strong competency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern e-commerce scripting technologies.
• Experience integrating via REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and managing enterprise-level integrations.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce architecture, including SFCC best practices, platform governance, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using version control tools like Git or Bitbucket.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
• Strong oral and written communication, adept at collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification is a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
