Senior Salesforce Admin / Data Specialist Offshore | 4–5+ Years

Job Summary

Senior Salesforce Admin / Salesforce Data Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

Review and manage
ABM account lists
, validate target companies, and update Accounts and Contacts.
Perform
data cleanup and deduplication
for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and related records.
Identify and fix
data inconsistencies
, missing fields, and incorrect parent-child relationships.
Manage
Lead Sequence
requests and routing updates for Marketing.
Execute
mass data updates
using Data Loader/Data Import Wizard/ETL.
Conduct
data audits
and maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce data issues with minimal oversight.
Collaborate with US-based Marketing/RevOps teams during overlap hours.

Required Skills

4–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin/Data Specialist experience
Strong expertise in Salesforce
data model
(Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity)
Experience with
duplicate management, merging, reparenting, and hierarchy corrections
Proficiency with Salesforce
Data Loader
,
Import Wizard
, or ETL tools
Strong analytical and logical skills for data validation
Ability to write
basic SOQL
queries
Experience in Marketing Ops / ABM (preferred)

Good to Have

Experience using
Jira
or similar ticketing tools
Experience with
lead automation, lead enrichment, lead assignment

Working Hours

Must be available for a consistent overlap between
9 AM and 12 PM PST
.
