Key Responsibilities:
- Independently pitch and close mutual fund and insurance products (Term, Mediclaim, PersonalAccident)- Handle inbound leads and proactively follow up with clients- Use deep product knowledge to consult and convert leads via phone - no field travel required- Maintain healthy conversion ratio and meet monthly and yearly targets- Work closely with junior support staff for application and documentation processing- Ensure excellent client communication and post-sale servicing coordinationSkills & Requirements:- Proven sales track record in MF & Insurance products- Strong command over Term Plans, Mediclaim, and Investment MF schemes- Confident telephone communicator with consultative sales approach- Good product knowledge and client need analysis capability- Polite, self-motivated, and goal-driven personalityEducation & Language:No specific barriers - expertise and confidence in communication preferredWorking Days:Monday to Saturday (Full Working Days, Office-based Sales Role)
