Position:

Location

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
Check daily coverage, store visits, and team performance.
Plan and execute promotions, new product launches, and local initiatives.
Work with top stores to increase product visibility and sales.
Analyze sales data (SKU-wise, store-wise, team-wise).
Train, guide, and support Sales Executives & Merchandisers.
Conduct performance reviews for the team.
Ensure proper collection of payments from shops.
Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

Graduate or Post-graduate (Engineers not preferred)
4-5 years of sales experience
Good communication, leadership & planning skills
Fluent in local language
Good knowledge of MS Office
Age below 30 preferred
