Senior Sales Officer- Jabalpur

As a Senior Sales Officer at Kenvue, you will be responsible for the territory management, RDS and RDSSM management, as well as leading administrative tasks such as reporting sales outcomes and managing expenses. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding the product line within the existing customer base. You will negotiate orders, prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and provide necessary support to secure sales. Additionally, you will be involved in developing sales of new products and identifying new areas for selling existing products. Your performance will be regularly reviewed against objectives to ensure sales goals are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Territory Management: Focus on achieving business results and optimizing distribution structure. - RDS Management: Handle return on investment, Joint Business Planning, and infrastructure development. - RDSSM Management: Set objectives, manage performance, provide training and development, and oversee RSR/CAT management. - Lead administrative tasks: Report sales activities, manage expenses, and ensure accurate documentation. - Achieve sales goals: Acquire new customers, expand product line, negotiate orders, and prepare quotes. - Customer engagement: Schedule appointments, meet with clients, and seek opportunities for business growth. - Sales support: Collaborate with internal departments to secure sales and address customer needs. - Product development: Identify new sales opportunities and report market intelligence to assist in business planning. - Performance review: Regularly assess sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and fulfill territory coverage plan.
