Job Description

Product Knowledge (wood coating):

Maintain an in-depth understanding of Berger Paints' protective coatings portfolio, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.

Educate customers on the importance of protective coatings for various applications (e.g., corrosion protection, infrastructure maintenance).

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors like construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and events.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, architects, and project managers.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain client satisfaction.
