Senior Sales Officer

You are a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Officer responsible for driving growth in the Southern India market through field sales. Your main tasks include identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and implementing sales strategies to meet growth and revenue objectives. Your responsibilities will involve developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan specifically tailored for the Southern markets. This will require you to conduct thorough market research, analyze competitor activities, and assess customer needs to identify potential business opportunities. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, and industry associations is crucial for success in this role. You will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the Southern India markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 4/5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the Nutraceuticals industry is essential. Additionally, you should have a strong grasp of global markets, proven track record in implementing successful sales and marketing strategies, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are key attributes for this role.
