Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Marketing Executive role based in Chennai, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing occasional work from home. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow the business and expand market reach. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales initiatives. The role also requires preparing market plans, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with various teams to evaluate and enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and execute strategies tailored to the target audience
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills to drive business growth and effectively promote products
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with partners, clients, and team members
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitors for strategic decision-making
• Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and managing customer pipelines
• Experience in packaging or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a hybrid environment
