Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of UK sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the UK market
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans
• Collaborate with leadership on process optimization and sales forecasting

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of UK Sales Process (Voice / Non-Voice)

Proven track record in Target-Based Sales & Revenue Generation

Hands-on experience in Team Management & Leadership

Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

Expertise in CRM Tools, Lead Conversion, and Client Relationship Management

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
