Key Responsibilities

Sales Manager

Willingness to travel National wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers within colleges, universities, and private coaching centers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Specification :

Qualification

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

• 10+years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT solutions or education technology.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
