Experience: 2 - 3 Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our business initiatives at the Digital Office in Bangalore. This role focuses on driving sales across Health, Motor, and other Lines of Business (LOBs) while enhancing agent productivity and customer engagement. You will play a key role in implementing strategic initiatives, managing performance metrics, and driving business growth through agency and dealer partnerships. Responsibilities Drive business across Health, Motor, and other LOBs in the Digital Office location. Lead and manage agency recruitment, engagement, and activation strategies to meet sales objectives. Activate OEM Private Car and Tractor Dealer partnerships to extend market penetration. Collaborate closely with Banca B3 and CSC teams to drive synergies and optimize partner activation. Monitor and improve key agency metrics; establish consistent performance practices across the team. Achieve top-line revenue goals along with BDE productivity and Earned Loss Ratio (ELR) targets. Drive policy renewals to ensure continued customer retention and portfolio growth. Deliver timely morning and evening business reports to monitor progress and identify corrective actions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , or a related field. 2 – 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Proven experience in CRM tools like Salesforce . Sound understanding of digital sales strategies , lead management, and data-driven sales operations. Key Skills Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Effective team leadership and people management abilities Excellent negotiation , communication , and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment Strategic thinking with strong execution focus Adaptability to evolving market and business needs
