Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic sales efforts for our cutting-edge HRMS solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Owning and executing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Identifying and engaging with HR leaders, CHROs, and PeopleOps teams at enterprise organizations. - Building and managing a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools. - Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs. - Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in HR tech / HRMS sales. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to sell to enterprise clients with long sales cycles. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and a performance bonus. You will be working on a morning shift at our in-person work location.
