Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager (Design & Build) located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing client relationships, creating strategic sales plans, and driving project acquisitions. They will work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of the design and build industry
• Excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics is a plus
