They will be responsible for guiding and assisting a sales team to drive sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the team to achieve sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities. Conduct market research and training sessions for the team to stay updated on industry trends, property values, and competitor activities. Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors through various marketing channels, including property tours, open houses, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying or selling experience. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of both parties. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the teams sales activities, client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: Minimum of 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales or any sales industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team of 10 people in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
