is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in financial services, accounting, and advisory. Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients. Stay updated with industry trends to position Xcelerate as a market leader. Maintain accurate sales reports and performance metrics using CRM tools. Work independently and lead a team to achieve business targets. Required Skills & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong understanding of financial services, accounting, and advisory sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team to drive sales growth. Experience using CRM tools and sales automation software. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Prior experience in a consulting, advisory, or financial services firm.
