Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales operations by contacting potential customers to educate and inform them about our products and how the platform works. You will find your communication skills and sales expertise come handy to understand customer requirements, close sales, and contribute to building analytics onto the next structure of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone/WhatsApp/ socials to introduce them to our products and how the platform works.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with existing customers to understand their concerns and requirements in building a better post-sales relationship and in the long run the platform.
• Customer Feedback Collection

  Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer service
• We prioritise listening more than speaking and utilise effective but short ways to convince customers about the product.
• Strive to achieve target conversion ratio and build sales funnels
• Maintain the CRM and keep comprehensive records of calls, sales, and relevant customer information
• Collaborate with the team and be a support function with additional responsibilities as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with fluency in English and Hindi, one additional language (Kannada Preference).
• Prior experience in selling Insurance and High Ticket Size Products (15K+) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales and CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet during sales conversations.
• Ability to go the extra mile to support our customers

Salary

The salary range is 5,00,000 to 6,00,000
