Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead client acquisition, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis
• Guide and support junior sales executives when required
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution

Requirements & Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good understanding of CRM tools and sales processes
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
