Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive for Building Materials (Water Tanks & PVC Pipes) in Sivasagar, Jorhat, Assam, your role will involve visiting distributors, dealers, and retailers regularly to achieve monthly sales and collection targets. You will be responsible for expanding the retailer network and promoting company products in the assigned area. Additionally, you will be implementing marketing schemes, branding, and plumber meetings to increase sales, as well as managing and guiding the field sales team when required. Key Responsibilities: - Visit distributors, dealers, and retailers regularly to achieve monthly sales and collection targets. - Expand retailer network and promote company products in the assigned area. - Implement marketing schemes, branding, and plumber meetings to increase sales. - Manage and guide field sales team as required. Qualifications Required: - Male candidates only, aged 22-35 years. - Minimum 12 years of field sales experience in building materials such as Cement, Paint, Water Tank, PVC Pipes, Electricals, etc. - Should have prior experience working with distributors/dealer networks of hardware or sanitary stores. - Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across nearby districts. - Not eligible: Freshers or candidates from Banking, Finance, Medical, Automobile, Telecom, IT, or FMCG sectors.
