Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive (EdTech) at MAAC - Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity in Bareilly, your role involves efficiently managing the lead-to-enrollment process. Your primary responsibilities include: - Managing incoming leads, conducting follow-up calls, and nurturing them through the enrollment process. - Converting leads into walk-ins by providing career counseling and guiding students on suitable courses. - Providing detailed information about available courses, fee structures, and financial options. - Addressing student inquiries and offering career guidance in the animation and VFX industry. - Contributing to the overall growth of the branch by actively increasing enrollment numbers. - Maintaining daily reports on lead status, walk-ins, and enrollments. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - A graduate from a recognized university. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with students and parents. - Driven and self-motivated to achieve enrollment targets and support branch growth. - Prior experience in academic counseling or sales will be an added advantage.
