Role Overview: As an Academic Counselor at MAAC - Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity in Gorakhpur, your main responsibility will be to guide students in selecting the most suitable career courses in animation and VFX. Your role will involve managing the lead-to-enrollment process, handling incoming leads, conducting follow-up calls, and nurturing potential students through the enrollment process. You will play a vital role in converting leads into walk-ins by providing career counseling and detailed information on available courses, fee structures, and financial options. Key Responsibilities: - Guide students in selecting career courses in animation and VFX - Handle incoming leads and conduct follow-up calls - Convert leads into walk-ins through career counseling - Provide detailed information on available courses, fee structures, and financial options - Maintain daily reports on lead status, walk-ins, and enrollments - Interact professionally with students and parents using excellent communication skills - Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch Qualifications Required: - A graduate degree from a recognized university - Prior experience in academic counseling or sales will be advantageous - Proficiency in English is preferred If you are enthusiastic about helping students make informed career decisions and eager to support the growth of the branch, we welcome you to join our team at MAAC.
