Senior Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Kala Shree Heritage's menswear store in Jalandhar, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers with personalized shopping experiences, helping them select mens clothing and accessories based on their preferences, and achieving individual sales targets while supporting team goals. You will be expected to generate leads, build customer relationships through market research, and stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions. In addition to sales duties, you will be responsible for daily store operations such as stock management, merchandising, and visual displays. Your excellent customer service skills will be essential in handling inquiries and complaints efficiently. Collaboration with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as identifying opportunities to expand the customer base, will be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in retail sales, particularly in the fashion or clothing industry. Strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets are key qualifications. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field is advantageous.
