Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Senior Sales Executive - International, focused on the Gulf Region. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with international clients, identifying new business opportunities within the Gulf market, and achieving sales targets. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, creating and executing sales strategies, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The role also involves traveling as required to support business development activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, International Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Gulf market and understanding of international trade practices is an advantage.
• Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Sales Strategy Development expertise.
• Proficiency in Project Management practices and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proactive mindset with results-oriented and customer-focused qualities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience in the construction or software industry will be a significant advantage.
