Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Role Overview:

Sales Executive Industrial Lubricants

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned region.
Generate demand for Industrial lubricants through direct field visits, and promotional campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
Ensur effective brand visibility and product placement at retail points.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and field intelligence to the reporting manager.

Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Commerce, or Science); MBA/PGDM is an advantage.
Experience:
13 years in field sales, preferably in lubricants, FMCG, auto parts, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and targe driven.
Comfortable with fieldwork and extensive travel.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
