Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Identify and build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing customer accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff to improve overall team performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop actionable strategies.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
