As a Senior Executive Automotive Lubricants Sales, you will be responsible for driving lubricant sales through effective distributor management, retail development, and field-level promotional activities. The role involves meeting sales targets, building market presence, and delivering customer satisfaction.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Engineering); MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
• Experience: 39 years in automotive lubricants, FMCG, or automotive aftermarket field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and sales reporting tools.
• Self-driven and willing to travel extensively in the assigned region.
