Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Store Manager located on-site in Panaji. The role involves managing daily store operations, leading the sales team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, overseeing staff performance, handling customer queries, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance store profitability. The Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring new employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Store Operations
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
• Knowledge of Digital Sales Channels and Marketing Strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
