Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at Quantiphi, you will play a crucial role in the core sales team, responsible for executing the end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the customer experience by utilizing consultative selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. You will be instrumental in managing communication and relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will prepare and explain products, solutions, or services to a diverse range of audiences, developing sales collaterals such as business and technical presentations, point of views, and solution approaches. You will engage in driving end-to-end pre-sales activities in the Data Science and Applied AI domain, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and develop creative solutions to complex business problems. To excel in this role, you must possess a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory, along with a clear articulation of complex ideas. An understanding of the sales cycle and sales techniques is essential, while experience in B2B sales, customer communication, and relationship management is preferable. Your logical ability to understand client needs and present solutions, along with a data-driven mindset supported by market research, will be key to your success. Attention to detail, sharp acumen in propagating your views effectively, and a willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business, research, data science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Technologies are crucial. Additionally, having prior success in selling data science solutions, exposure to international markets, cross-functional collaboration, GCP technical expertise, and experience in AI/ML solutions are considered advantageous.
