Job Description

Job Designation: Sales Officer

Location:

Experience Required:

Role Purpose:

To drive sales and business development of industrial sorting machines (Cashew, Plastic, Rice and Tea Sorting Machines) by generating leads, visiting prospective clients, demonstrating machines, and closing orders in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and visit potential customers in the assigned territory.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate sorting machine solutions.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Generate and follow up on sales leads from exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and references.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the internal team.
Negotiate terms and close sales orders to achieve assigned targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support coordination.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per agreed terms.

Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial machinery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
