We’re seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to manage the entire sales cycle—from client acquisition and vendor panel onboarding to gathering requirements and coordinating delivery. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on revenue growth in India and the USA.
- Acquire new clients and onboard them onto vendor panels
- Drive staffing requirements and manage delivery coordination
- Meet revenue-based KPIs
- Leverage your industry network to open new opportunities
- 5+ years in IT staffing or recruitment sales
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong network of industry contacts (to be shared during interviews)
- Self-driven, with the ability to operate independently
