Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant based in Kolkata. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert sales consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle options, and closing sales. The role also involves continuous learning about new products and promotions to provide the best possible service.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to provide professional Consulting services
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
