Senior Sales Consultant - Aesthetics / Cosmetic Dermatology / Hair & Skin Clinics

Ideal candidate is required to sign a 2yrs Bond to ensure stability

• Drive revenue growth by converting high-intent leads into consultations and successful procedure bookings.
• Conduct in-clinic consultations and educate clients on treatment options, pricing, and expected results.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless client experience.
• Maintain and track individual sales targets, daily walk-ins, and conversions.
• Regularly follow up with leads and past clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Stay updated on aesthetic trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• Proven track record in B2C sales, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Presentable personality with client-facing confidence.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to flexible hours based on client availability.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
