Business Process Executive

This is a dynamic, target-driven sales role offering a performance-based incentive structure. As a key member of our client engagement team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals seeking solutions for hair-related concerns and guiding them toward expert consultation and care. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, leveraging leads generated from social media campaigns and other digital channels. Engage in thoughtful conversations to understand each client's specific hair-related concerns, including the duration and onset of their issues. Accurately capture client details and insights into our CRM system, ensuring seamless scheduling of complimentary consultations. Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities and build trust with potential clients. Confidently address queries or concerns, and handle objections with professionalism and empathy. Consistently strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets. What We’re Looking For: A goal-oriented individual with a passion for client interaction and problem-solving. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt conversations based on client needs. Logical thinker with a proactive mindset and quick decision-making ability. Highly empathetic and customer-centric, with a genuine desire to deliver a top-tier experience at every touchpoint. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare consulting is a plus.
