The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, handling outbound sales calls, and driving conversions in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential US-based customers.
• Promote products/services and generate qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle objections, close sales, and maintain call quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of international outbound calling experience required.
• Proven track record in outbound calling and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US shift).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
