Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Arvind Rub-Web Controls Limited, your main responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans in order to drive growth. You will be tasked with researching and identifying new market opportunities and customer needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will reach out to prospective clients through various channels such as social media, email, and cold calling. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends, sales performance, and competitive landscape. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners will be a key aspect of this position. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives will be part of your regular tasks. Furthermore, you will represent the company and promote its products by participating in industry trade shows and events. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing and sales within the Flexible Packaging industry is required. A proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are highly valued. Fluency in English and knowledge of one or more additional languages are preferred. Some travel may be necessary for this position.
