Sales and Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to drive growth.
Research and identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Contact prospective clients by reaching out on social media, email and cold calling.
Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote the company and its products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing and sales – Flexible Packaging industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and one or more additional languages are preferred.
Ability to travel as required.
