Senior SAAS Sales Manager

As a Senior IT Sales person, your role involves driving sales of SaaS and CRM solutions. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs and staying updated on industry trends will be crucial. Having experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target new business opportunities for SaaS and CRM solutions. - Drive end-to-end sales of CRM services, from lead generation to deal closure. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. - Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs. - Understand and communicate the value of SaaS, CRM, and IT services to different industries. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, IT products, and competitive offerings. - Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts in the CRM system. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in SaaS and CRM solutions. - CRM Experience: Experience selling Zoho CRM or similar CRM solutions is highly desirable. - IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions. - Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving customer challenges.
