Senior Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading customer sales interactions, achieving sales targets, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge at the retail showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers, understand requirements, and provide product recommendations
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue
• Guide and support junior sales associates in sales processes
• Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales service professionally
• Maintain product knowledge (designs, pricing, schemes, offers, etc.)
• Ensure proper display, stock handling, and showroom presentation standards
• Build strong customer relationships and promote repeat business

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Sales negotiation and upselling ability
• Product knowledge and customer handling experience
• Leadership qualities to guide the sales team

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Sales or Retail Management (preferred)
• 2–5 years retail sales experience; jewellery/luxury sector preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
