Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Project Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and project management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail project sales or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international clients or companies is an advantage.
