Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Resident at Regency Health, located in Kanpur Nagar. The Senior Resident will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and supervising junior medical staff. Additional duties include conducting medical research, participating in clinical audits, and staying updated on the latest advancements in medical science. The Senior Resident will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions
• Proficiency in conducting medical research and participating in clinical audits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Leadership skills for supervising junior medical staff
• Ability to stay updated with the latest medical advancements and integrate new knowledge into practice
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and relevant residency training required
• Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred
• Experience working in a multi-specialty hospital environment is an advantage
