3. Experience in Heavy Fabrication & Sheet metal work
4. In depth Knowledge in special processes like welding, machining, and painting
5. Inspection skill
6. Documentation knowledge PFD/FMEA/ CP / Product check sheet/ PDI Inspection check sheet
7. Well versed with GD&T requirements.
8. Strong quality fundamentals & tools.
9. Knowledge in railway industry is preferred.
