Senior Research Specialist

You will be responsible for conducting in-depth techno-commercial research and analysis in the Energy sector, focusing on Clean Energy, Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, Biofuels, and Decarbonization. This includes gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market trends, emerging technologies, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights for clients. Additionally, you will support client engagements by developing industry reports, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership content. You will also assist in proposal preparation, RFPs, and strategic research projects, collaborating with senior team members to develop industry/capability decks and marketing outreach materials. Engaging in primary and secondary research, conducting expert interviews, and contributing to consulting assignments to ensure high-quality output aligned with company-defined standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth techno-commercial research and analysis in the Energy sector - Gather, analyze, and synthesize market trends, technologies, regulations, and competitive landscapes - Develop industry reports, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership content - Assist in proposal preparation and strategic research projects - Collaborate with senior team members to develop industry decks and marketing materials - Engage in primary and secondary research, conduct expert interviews, and support advisory projects - Contribute to the execution and delivery of consulting assignments Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Energy, Renewable Energy, or related fields - Master's Degree (MBA in Marketing, Operations, or Energy Management preferred) - 3 to 7 years of experience in consulting, research, or advisory within the Energy sector - Strong domain expertise with the ability to learn and adapt quickly - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple research projects efficiently - Strong communication and report-writing skills Please note that the position is full-time.,
