Job Description

Education - PHD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from IIT / NIT / IISC / Reputed engineering college Major - Power System, Smart Grid, Renewables Integration , Supply-Demand Management etc. Key Responsibilities : Idea Generation and Identification Promoting Innovation with the delivery teams to collaborate Build consensus and garner support from stakeholders, including Program leadership, project teams, and external partners Guide the implementation of new smart grid software ideas, processes, or products, often working with cross-functional teams Identify and address barriers to progress, ensuring that innovation initiatives are successfully implemented Effectively communicate the benefits of innovation to diverse audiences, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in the project team Track the progress of innovation initiatives for the customer, measure their impact, and adjust the plan as needed Work Activities Example - Conducting workshops and training sessions to promote innovation culture in the project team Identifying and sharing best practices of smart grid innovations. Developing and implementing metrics to track the impact of innovation initiatives Leading smart grid pilot projects to test new ideas and gather feedback Facilitating brainstorming sessions and other ideation activities Building a network of innovation champions across the Project Teams Arranging / Participating in innovation-related events and workshops of the project customer Location - Any of the locations in India like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Noida, Kolkata
