Responsibilities

oImprovedelivery efficiency and quality throughdelivery management:

oCollect samples forconducting analytical tests

oDevelop analytical methodsfor intermediates and final compounds

oPrioritize and prepare samplesfor the required analysis

oConduct purification ofcompounds through prep HPLC/ MS - Prep HPLC/ SFC

oProcess HPLC/ LCMSchromatograms to analyze molecules and enrich purity of the intermediates/final compounds

oConduct calibration ofHPLC/ LCMS/ GCMS/ NMR instruments

oAnalyze the samples usingHPLC, Wet Analysis, NMR, GCMS and LCMS etc.

oPrepare report with testresults and release as per agreed timelines

oPrepare certificate ofanalysis for the final/ intermediate compounds

oEnsure safety at work throughenforcement of best lab management practices:

oHandle all chemicals and instrumentsin a safe manner, adhere to the lab safety practices and ensure compliance

oCommunicate to the in-houseengineer/senior team members immediately in case of any instrument break down

oRecord, maintain and updatethe analysis in an accurate manner on a continuous basis

oMaintain data integrity andIP confidentiality:

oMaintainstrict IP Confidentiality and adhere to all related policies

oEnsure skill development of self and new teammembers:

oEnhance knowledge relatedto NMR, HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, ATR generation and wet analysis etc.

oCoach new joinees andjunior team members on various analytical instruments
