Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Officer and Relationship manager located in Jaunpur. The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their financial needs, providing appropriate lending solutions, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Finance and Sales experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaunpur
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
