HNI Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management:

• Build, maintain, and enhance long-term relationships with existing HNI and UHNI clients.
  
• Act as the single point of contact for clients financial and service needs.
  

• Client Acquisition & Retention:

• Identify and acquire new HNI clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  
• Develop customized strategies to retain and grow the client base.
  

• Financial Advisory:

• Provide holistic financial advice on investments, estate planning, insurance, and other wealth management products.
  
• Monitor clients' portfolios and provide regular performance updates.
  

• Service Excellence:

• Ensure timely resolution of client queries, issues, and service requests.
  
• Deliver a superior customer experience by understanding and anticipating client needs.
  

• Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records as per compliance standards.
  

• Market Intelligence:

• Keep abreast of financial markets, products, and competitors.
  
• Share relevant market insights and opportunities with clients.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients in banking, finance, wealth management, or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of financial products (MFs, PMS, AIFs, insurance, real estate, etc.).
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric approach.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations.
  
• Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or NISM (preferred but not mandatory).
