Role & responsibilities

Lead regional sales and business development for institutional clients to grow AUM and market share, aligned with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 10 years experience in institutional sales within a top15 asset management company (AMC).
  • Expert in debt markets with strong clientservicing and relationship skills.
  • Acquire new institutional clients and deepen existing relationships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (funds, products, operations) to deliver valueadded services.
  • Ensure channel partners meet sales targets across asset classes and increase share of wallet.
  • Maintain compliance and operational integrity, and drive both team and personal growth.
  • Organize client events and leverage networking for leads.
