Senior Relationship Manager

You will utilize leads provided by the Marketing team and generate self-leads through various local activities to ensure a steady stream of potential clients. Taking prospects on site visits, addressing their inquiries, and coordinating with the Developer or our Developer Relations Team when necessary are key responsibilities in this role. Your commitment to following operational processes and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint with PropTiger is essential. Additionally, providing post-sales services and facilitating the home loan process for customers will be part of your routine tasks. The role offers an industry-leading incentives structure to reward your efforts. To excel in this position, you should hold a Graduation or MBA degree, possess a positive attitude towards conducting 2-3 meetings daily, and enjoy the sales process. Direct sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to comprehend prospect requirements and offer tailored property solutions are prerequisites. Your enthusiasm, passion, and sense of ownership will set you up for success in this role. Please note that this role requires travel across Bangalore, and owning a two-wheeler is mandatory.
