Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, located in Kochi. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored matchmaking solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, maintaining client records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
